Wundau helps a family check in each day — a gentle way to know everyone is doing OK, with photos and notes shared inside your own circle.

Common tasks

• Export your memories — Settings → “Export my memories”.
• Delete your account (in the app) — Settings → “Delete account”. This is permanent and irreversible, so export first if you want a copy. Deleting your Wundau account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel it in your store account (see below), ideally before you delete.
• Manage a subscription — subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel them in your store account: on iOS, Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions; on Android, the Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Request account deletion (outside the app)

You don’t need the app to delete your account. Email support@warm-byte.com from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We will permanently delete the account data Wundau controls — your profile, check-ins, moods, notes, photos, circle memberships, and any emergency-contact details. Note that deleting your Wundau account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel it in your store account (see “Manage a subscription” above), or you may keep being charged. Subscription and payment records held by the App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat are handled under their respective policies. We will confirm once it’s done.
