Wundau — Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Wundau app on any platform (Apple App Store and Google Play). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Wundau lets members of a family check in each day and share notes and photos within their own circle. We may improve or change features over time.

Your account and content

• You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure.
• The content you add (notes, moods, photos) remains yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store it and show it to the family members you share it with, in order to run the app.
• Do not use the app to upload unlawful content or to harm others.

Subscriptions

• Some features are offered as an auto-renewable subscription. The price and billing period are shown to you in the app before you confirm the purchase.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the end of the current period, according to the rules of the store you purchased through. (On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.)
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings (Apple Account → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Subscriptions).
• Refunds are handled by the applicable app store under its policies.

Cancelling and deleting

You can stop using the app at any time. You can export your data and permanently delete your account from within the app (Settings). Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel it in your store account (see “Subscriptions” above), ideally before deleting, or you may keep being charged.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Wundau is a way for families to stay in touch; it is not an emergency, medical, or safety-monitoring service, and should not be relied on as one. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the changes.
